This single page or two-page spread is a great way to share your wedding day memories, or one that you photographed, and can be a unique wedding gift to purchase for your favorite couple. Couples and photographers interested in purchasing a wedding announcement to share their Kansas Weddings Love Story can do so by emailing info@kansasweddingsmagazine.com. We are accepting announcements for weddings that occurred in 2018, 2019 and 2020. The announcement comprises three images and a 400- to 500-word account of your wedding. Announcement Checklist:
  • 1-3 vertical high-resolution digital image
  • 2-6 horizontal high-resolution digital images
  • Write-up of 400-500 words
  • Full paymentNote: Announcement materials must be submitted as a package to ensure that we have all of the necessary elements for publication. We cannot accept incomplete information.
Helpful Guidelines
  • To be considered high-resolution, images should be at least 300 dpi at about 5 x 7 inches.
  • Obtain digital photos from your photographer; do not scan from prints, and do not use low-resolution digital previews.
  • Write-ups that are too long will be cut at our discretion, so it’s best to stay within the word count. Double-check all name spellings for participants and wedding vendors.
  • Write-ups will be lightly edited for grammar, spelling and style.
